Firmware Upgrade

Alright, I have downloaded the newest firmware to an sd card. I have followed all of the directions, but, when i put the sd card in, boot up and hold save. It says: INSERT SD-CARD TO UPGRADE FIRMWARE. Please, I have been trying to fix this forever... HELP!!!

Make sure you are using a 2GB or less SD card.
