Floor POD power switch?

I feel kinda dumb asking this, but I can't find a way to turn off my new Floor POD Plus. Is there no power switch???

Hi,

The Floor Pod Plus does not have an on/off switch. In order to turn it off you must unplug it.

  I can't imagine what the logic could be for that. Why wouldn't anyone want to turn it off? I guess I'll get an extension cord with an on/off switch.

I had the same stupid question. I guess i'll get a power strip or something. Strange.
