I cannot change my email address in my personal information profile

Hello,

my account is fabrice35 (user id 345322) and I wish to change my email address from surlatoile@gmail.com to fabricebourel@yahoo.fr but the submission form replies with a 283 submission error every time. I found out on the forum that I am not alone in this situation. Is this possible to get some assistance and to put the new address please ?

I apologize to be a little off topic but there is no "account issue" section on the fourm.

ps : the exact error message is "There was an error processing your submission. ( Error: 283)"

this is completely normal: you used already that mail address while creating your account 'fabricebourel'...

I've modified that account's mail, now you should be able to use it

  problem solved indeed. Many thanks I had completeley forgotten I had that other account with the same email address. Although I don't fully see why having 2 accounts with the same email address would be a problem as it is not used as identifier for logging in. Anyhow many thanks, that makes sense and the mistake was on my side.
  
  Finally, is there a way for me or the support to delete that unused former account (login "fabricebourel" and user id "1206753") then ? I can't see any button to do it myself and clearly that account will stay unused in your databases.

    user accounts can't be deleted
    
    neither mail addresses nor user names can be used on different accounts

(1) When I to my account and sign in my old e-mail address ( 55mfmartin@gmail.com) is there and I'm trying to change it to (mfmartin57@yahoo.com)

(2) Can I have the right E-Mail to Line 6 So I can last lease talk to somebody about questions that I might have on products I bought. I have been on the phone all morning and can't get anybody on the phone. When call and press option 3, I get currently close and call back normal during nomal hours. I don't get this.
(3) I'm having trouble in Line 6 monkey > flash memory code 8000900c comes up I would like to talk to somebody. Thank You, Mike
