Hooking up the M13 with the X3 Live.

Has anyone hooked up the M13 with the X3 Live? If so, does it sound good? Can the Distortion and overdrive effects on the M13 be blended in with the amp models on the X3 Live?

I did this and it worked really well.  I just used the 4 cable method (aka "4CM") as follows:

    Guitar > M13 (main input) > M13 (fx loop out) > X3 (instrument input) > X3 (fx loop out) > M13 (fx return)  > M13 (main out) > X3 (fx loop return) > X3 (output of your choice)

Just make sure you've got the FX loop activated, and that the X3's fx loop can only be active for one of the two tones (assuming your using dual tones).

    Cheers,
