Got to the SAVE menu and choose SAVE REC MIX AS WAV TO CARD.
Joe Gillespie has made a utillity that converts .Jam files to .WAV files and is available for free.

TheRealZap, probably you don't know that the quality conversion is terribly different from jam to wav, if you convert with the spiderjam!
Joe Gillescope has made a great utility! the file doesn't loose quality but it has a problem!
If you record a solo over a track, for example, you will have a JAM file that is splitted in 2 parts, well the file will be converted but without the original track and you will can only listen to the solo!
I've noticed that a JAM file, that, for example, is 50MB become more or less 25MB when converted in WAV by the spider.
This thing does not appen when you use Joe's utility, I think it could be the reason why the WAVs maintein the original quality.
