How to activate my FBV Shortboard ™ MkII - with my Pod x3 PRO.

i dont know how to activate my FBV Shortboard ™ MkII for my pod x3 PRO. I connect my shortboard and ignites the screen with the following: FBV SB MKII - butnothing more.

The manual is not understandable at all.

please i need step by step in a very simple way, the information needed tounderstand how to connect my FBV Shortboard ™ MkII and work with my pod x3 pro.

hello,

Does the X3 react to any commands with the FBV?
if not check the cable or try reflashing both products with monkey
if you still have problems, contact the service center in your area

  With trial and error I managed to run my POD X3 Live with my Spider Jam and shortboard; however it's noisy to the point of chaotic non-useability. The shortboard works well with my individual pedals--Hardwire DL4 delay, Boss PS5 harmonizer and Digitech Jamman. But using the 2 Line 6 foot-controllers creates a mess. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong...???
