Activating Pod Farm 2 on second offline computer?

Hello,
I recently bought UX1. I have installed and activated Pod Farm 2 using the Monkey application on my laptop which has internet access. I'm running Sonar 8.5.3 and everything is working fine. I would now like to install it onto my offline main desktop computer. I followed the video tutorial on how to transfer licenses to an offline computer. I copied the AET file from the guitar port folder. I then installed Pod Farm 2 on my offline computer. Next I launched Monkey and followed the same instructions to transfer the AET file however thereis no guitar port folder in my offline computer? So I installed the AET file into the Line 6 folder. l think this is wrong because you're supposed to put the AET file in the exact same folder as the online computer.
Anyways, when I try to load Pod Farm 2 in Sonar on my offline computer I get a warning that it's not activated.
Thanks in advance,
Paul
you need to create any folders to make sure that the offline computer matches the same location as the online computer...
Hi Real Zap,
Thanks for the quick response. You are right, I actually just resolved the issue. I imported the Gearbox application from my laptop, ran it on my offline. This created the guitar port folder in the explorer tree. I paisted the AET file here, and voila it works like a charm! Very happy over here!
Thanks again,
Paul

Sorry, I'm sure I had clicked the helpful answer tab.
Actually I spoke too soon because my issue isn't resolved. Pod Farm 2 launches no problem in Sonar but it actually isn't processing the audio. I've tried running it with gear box running at the same time with no luck.
I've noticed when I launch Monkey it doesn't show the add ons or activation tab. Do you need intenet access for this? Could this be the cause of my problem?
Thanks,
Paul
Internet connection is required for program verification, especially anything to do with add-ons. Here is some information regarding supported types of internet connections:

Thanks again!
Hi antonio,
So what you are saying is that you cannot run Pod Farm 2 on an offline computer? However could you clarify this video tutorial:
http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-2087
Should this not allow you to run the plug-in offline? Sorry for the confusion but I found this quote from your website:
"Using Your Model Packs with other Online and Offline Computers
Transferring Activations
So you just upgraded your computer to the latest and greatest (this week anyway…) model, and want to move GearBox and your Add-Ons to your new system? In this section, we’ll explain how to make the transfer process as easy as A-B-C, whether the new computer can connect to the internet or not."
Maybe I'm confusing the terms Activation and Verification, however this is an important issue for me. I really like this software and would hate to return it, I have 30 days to decide.
Please help.
Thanks,
Paul
Hi,
You will need two computers to activate your model packs.
One with an internet connection and one without.
You will use the online computer to activate the device and then transfer the files created by monkey during the activation to the same folders on the other system.
To activate the hardware on the online computer:
Open line 6 monkey
Log in and click on the optional add-ons tab.
Click activate purchase.
When Monkey asks you for a license key type refresh in lower case letters and click activate.
Then follow the instructions in the video to transfer the model packs to the other machine:

Thank you David, and to all those who posted.
I finally got it working and am very happy indeed! It seems that I didn't install GearBox using the installer on my offline computer. I redid the whole process from the start and everything is working fine now.
Thanks again for all the help,
Paul
