Can I use my Dunlop DC Brick to power my POD X3?

NO. that may break your POD running it on DC..
the POD X3 needs 9 volts AC (Not DC) and at 2000mA (2A) which is also more than a power brick can supply.
my advice is to just stick with the LIne 6 PX2 that's local to your country, as there's different regional models with different input voltages (e.g. 120V for the US and 230V for the UK)
