I have updated the drivers and the firmware and the edit software will not connect
Mac OSX 10.5.8
twippoh,
First, can you provide us info on your Mac computer? (What kind of Mac? Also, go into 'About this Mac' from the Apple menu at the top left and select 'More Info.' Provide the Model Identifier, Processor name and speed, and the amount of memory.)
After gathering this info to send to us, please use the Line 6 driver uninstaller in the Applications/Line6/Drivers folder to remove the installed drivers. Then, go to the Line 6 website and download the 5.1.2 (previous version) drivers to see if the POD HD400 connects to the computer with that version.
Regards,
Line6Hugo
Here you go,
Macbook pro
OSX10.5.8
2.4 Ghz Intel Core Duo
4 GB 667 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM
The driver 5.1.2 did the Job
Thanks
I have a similar problem, but you could say it is a little more extreme than this. My pod HD400 connects for a few seconds, it works fine, and then it disconnects and my macbook becomes really slow. On a couple of occassions my macbook crashed and rebooted. Also, when I try to select the pod hd400 as the output device, it disconnects that very instant.
I have a 2012 Macbook Pro:
2.9 Ghz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB
OS X 10.8.2
