I have no distortion - could I have accidentally disabled the Drive function?

Spider III 75 - While trying to turn off one of the ABCD button lights I pushed and selected just about everything. I finally figured out what to do but afterward I now have no function from the Drive knob. No matter what amp setting, preset or just manually adjusting the knobs I get no distortion at all.
I know you can disable some of the effects, is is possible to disable the Drive function? If so how do I turn it back on?
I've tried doing a factory reset with no luck. I restarted several times while holding down the A button - the display reads Factory Reset so I think I'm doing it correctly.
Any ideas?

There is not a way to disable the drive control on the amp.
If you are still having trouble with the amp after performing a factory reset, then there could be a potential hardware issue with your amp. The next step is to take it in to a local Line 6 Service Center for assessment. To locate a Line 6 Service Center in your area please follow the link below:
