usb problem with pocket pod!!!!!!

hi there,
ive got a problem with my pocket pod. every time i connect it with usb it crashes and starts, and it doesnt stop to do that need help.

vyzex doesnt work too with my pocket pod

 

factory reset done but nothing happened

    Have you tried a different usb cable? Hopefully it's as simple as that.

      so i didnt try an other usb cable, because it works.

      the only problem is, i can't connect other usb devices like an interface or something.

      if i connect my pocket pod with usb (for vyzex) and connect my interface (usb), the pocket pod crashes and starts up etc....

       

      help...

        The problem is the USB ports on your computer - Apparently the port you are using for Pocket POD is connected to a hub inside your computer that the other USB interface is sharing.

         

        Your best bet would be to install a USB port expansion card on your computer to provide a new set of USB ports and use one of these for your PocketPOD.

            Pocket POD v1.0. problem  whit Vyzex and USB win xp

            Hi Can someone help me? I cant get pocked POD to work with USB.Its install the usb driver pocketpod pefect  and a driver caled usb audio device show up in system. But when I start the vyzex Pocked POD.exe I got this message: autoSense could not find the line 6 Pocket POD please set this instruments midi in and out ports from the studio window. but the only midi showing up is microsoft gs wavetable sw synth. I have tryed this on 3 diferent pc whit winxp. and spending many days on this nightmare and steel cant get this to work. Help please!!!

              Hi Streng,

               

              PocketPOD uses the USB driver that is supplied with Windows, which should load automatically when you connect the PocketPOD. Since you have tried this on three different machines and none of them load the USB MIDI port, I would have to conclude that either your PocketPOD's USB MIDI port is defective or your USB cable is damaged... Try a different cable and see if that does the trick. If not then I recommend you exchange your PocketPOD for another where you bought it.
