DL 4 Won't Turn on??

I have a DL4 that won't turn on.  I have a pedal power 2, which it did work with, and all the other pedals on the board still work.   I have the Px2 adapter and it doesn't work with that either. 

 

Can you please advise, as I have tried the factory reset with no change.

    Inregards to my previous post.  I have had the pedal for only six months now, it was purchased new at a music store.  It was only lightly used, not gigged, and has been on my pedal board the whole time, which when not in use sits in the case.  The pedal has not been abused  in any way.

     

    $300 for a pedal after tax and this should last longer than 6 months of light use.  The pedal has been used only with the recommended power supplies.

     

    I would like to start the repair process or a refund to buy a better more reliable pedal.

      If you have purchased it new within one year of ownership from an authorized dealer, you can take it to an authorized service center to get fixed under warranty.

       

      Just curious, did you make sure to remove the batteries from the device if you were powering it via a power supply?  Leaving batteries in a device for long periods can cause the batteries to corrode and damage the unit.
