Relay internal digital setup

Does anyone know what the digital setup is for the Relay system? 44,1kHz? 48kHz? 16 bit? 24 bit? S/PDIF?

Is it possible to mod it to take advantage of the digital signal?

Can it sync to external clocks?

The digital system is not accessable and there are no outputs. It is 24 bit

    It is propriatary due to the native resolution of the electronics. Somewhere just a bit short of 44.1. Off just enough to NOT be 44.1

      Higher or lower than the 39063hz internal sampling rate of the PodXT series?
      
      Also, making the digital system accessable seems like a great idea for recording. Would really like to see a PodHD with built in Relay receiver as an additional input.
