When were my guitars made?

I KNOW that the good folks at Line6 are very secretive about these things for reasons that are probably of great value to them.

still.....

I have two 300s and I'm interested in when they fell off the production line.

the sunburst serial no is 06071673 and the black one is 04111918

anyone got any ideas?

i'm not 100% it applies to variaxes... but i've dated many other manufacturers by serial number and tend to find that the YYMM is usually the first set of numbers... the remaining are the unit number...
meaning
2006 - July unit 1673 for the sunburst, and 2004 - November unit 1918 for the black

The first guitar is a February/March of 2006 instrument and the second is a March/April of 2004 instrument...

  I have a blue Variax 700 hardtail sn 21HCR125040601350 (only 040601350 is on the headstock). Can you tell me when it was made?
