axsys wireing????

when i was taking the amp apart i have found parts that look like they have been add later to the amp. i just was wanted to see is anyone could talk me if they are needed to been in their. one is on R13 to R11 and the other one is at C28 to post on guitar pot.

    Hi,

       

      If you purchased the amp used it is possible that it was repaired at one point in the past. Is the amp functioning correctly?

       

      We cannot give out info on wiring/schematics and things of this nature.
