Les Paul Transplant Piezo Problems

Yo guys I've been reading your posts for months now and gaining loads of confidence to make a transplant myself --- Line 6 500 lovely sounds, great electronics sh*t guitar. And at the end of the day I'm a guitarist so I want to love my guitar become one with it ;-/ anyhow the final straw came a month ago when the 500 started playing up I couldn't get no sound from the high E string - Simple problem just one of the crap wires on the strip under the bridge had come loose Simple solution solder it back on but - no my solution transplant guts into les paul style body so I've contacted a luthier he says he can make me a two piece body mahogany and flamed maple for about £100 sounds good still keeping my eyes open on Ebay aswell I'll do the routing myself.

The problem I came accross is this, I've been busy disconnecting things inside my 500 get a good idea of the layout and that, and have removed the strip for the piezo Pup because i wanted to replace with a graphtech tune-o-matica ghost but a little black plastic thingy has came away from the back of where the strip go's into the board and when i try and reconnect the strip it just doesn't seem to fit snugly into it it worrys me a little bit.

there is a single green wire which has disconnected it is attached to the tone pot I could do with finding out where this sucker go's if anyone has any pictures of the 500 board it would be much appreciated.

Anyhow if I get this project off the ground and finished I will post up some pictures and show you the end results.

Thanks guys you're a big inspiration to me ;-)
