Will Line 6's Mobile In unit also work with Digitech's Nexus iPad app?

Just curious, since it also uses the 30 pin connection rather than the 1/8" analog jack.
Nexus is just the GUi for the Ipb-10. Nexus doesn't make any sound by itself. So, I'd say "no".
Interesting, at one time prior to its release, Digitech mentioned that it could be used without the pedal.
Doesn't work with Alesis IO Dock.
Hey FlyingSquirrel,
This is taken directly from the Digitech website about the Nexus app:
"iPB-Nexus App allows you to control the powerful iPB-10 Programmable Pedalboard from DigiTech. You MUST have the iPB-10 hardware in order to take full advantage of all the features and benefits of this application."
So according to that statement, the application requires the Digitech hardware to be present in order for the App to function.
I posted a question regarding the ipb-10 recently and got no response.
What I can say, is the thing sounds *amazing* live!
I saw Fareed Haque playing one recently, he upgraded to the Digitech ipb-10 from an hd400.
The HD sounds great, I love my 500, but the tones he got with the Digitech were really quite impressive.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
