Problems with recording in ACID Music Studio 8

I have a POD X3 Live and I want to make records with ACID Music Studio 8. All drivers and updates of ACID and POD are installed. But when the recording starts, after a few seconds the program stops for a moment and then continue. I can't make a one-shot record. This is not happen when the audio device is not the ASIO POD X3 Live.
Any idea? (Sorry for my english)

This issue could be related to a number of things. First check your connections.
Have you tried connecting to different USB Ports?
Are you using a USB hub?
Make sure you have the latest drivers installed:

The problem was not fixed with optimizations. I think that the problem is the issue "dropout usb" like this cases:

I'm from México city, and here the service centers don´t know the "tech bulletin 52", they say "bring me your device and we will check it for tell you about the problem and cost of fix it" I can see that they havo no idea about de issue. I'm so disapointed from Line 6... What kind of service give us outside the US? They should give a discount to upgrade to HD500 from an X3 with bugs.

I can´t let this discussion without to be clear that the "POD X3 Live" is not the problem. I did make some tests with another USB interface (M-Audio C400) and the problem persist. I don´t know what is the solution, but definitly the cause is not my interface.
I think that the issue is on Windows 7, can anybody help me?
