Spider jam won't record

Hi I bought my spider jam 3months ago it was great but now won't record anything, everything else is fine . There is no specific answer to this on your site or forum or tech phone line can you help please?

I boug this amp to do small gigs and now I can't work!

you can get phone numbers from here: http://line6.com/company/contact/
but they will certainly be closed today for the holiday...
otherwise they work specifically 9-5ish monday through friday on california pacific time USA

if this doesn't help, please contact your Line6 dealer to use your warranty
