I have troubles with my Pod X3 Live. Serial Number (21)X3L1S5910008907.   I've got a problem with footswitch. No response to any button. At the forum I read that this is a known problem. In normal countries have a lifetime warranty on the issue. But Russia doesn't has authorized service center and the local music stores asking for repair without parts half the cost of a new device. Maybe I do not know and there is in Moscow an official service center? If not, then is it possible to get parts for the repair and instructions? I have a good knowledge in the development of science electronic equipments and must can repair it.  I hope to help in solving such a complex problem, for the official support of our country can not be obtained.
