Control by foot

Now that I connected an FBV footcontroller, I find that my problem is not midi but X3!!

Also with the FBV, as with my midi footcontroller, the stompbox or modification do not work on tone 2  !!

I'm afraid there's a problem with my X3 pro!

    I just pulled out our POD X3 Pro w/ Flash 2.10 and USB Firmware 1.00 installed and connected both an FBV Shortboard and an FBV Shortboard MKII.

     

    When you have a "Dual Tone" patch active and select Tone 1, do your Stomp/Mod/Delay/Reverb bypass switch functions work correctly?

     

    Then, switching to Tone 2, are you saying that these same switches are not engaging or bypassing those corresponding parameters?

     

    If so, I'd re-flash the POD X3 Pro again. Back up your patches first in Monkey using Backup/Restore, but when you re-flash choose to "not keep existing patches".

     

    Also, try a different CAT-5 network cable to connect your FBV controller to the X3 Pro.
