Like a Crybaby....Line 6 toe switches can be a little stiff when new...put some wieght on it...It should break in after a bit...
You need to apply a LOT of pressure to activate the toe switch until it loosens up. You usually can't do it sitting down - need to stand on it.
POD HD 300 & 400 pedal calibration:
-After performing a manual reset on the unit press the D channel footswitch
-Press down on the expression pedal until the switch clicks
-Push the expression pedal fully to the heel down position
-Press the D channel footswitch
-Push the expression pedal fully to the toe down position
-Press the D channel footswitch
-Sweep the pedal to check the values (should be from 0 to 127 for full sweep)
-Press the D channel footswitch to save
if needed, please stand up and use your body weight to actuate the pedal toe switch

You also have to "enable" the wah in the patch or it won't work no matter how hard you mash on the switch. Not all patches have the wah enabled.
