Hi.
I get a BSOD involving l6ux.sys. It appears randomly, and the device uses to crash a few minutes before getting the BSOD.
How can i deal with this?
Thanks.
Have you updated to the most recent drivers for your device?
Yes... first thing i did. ![]()
The only time I remember "blue screen" scenarios with Windows 7 host PC's is with AMD systems. Please check this KB Doc we created as a possible solution: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2215
This assumes your motherboard/chipset is an AMD, of course. Since it wasn't mentioned by you yet, I'm going to provide this as a suggestion to try anyway. Let us know if it was relevant to your case.
Thanks a lot for your help
but i'm not using AMD, my motherboard is intel, i'm using an i7... I've read about that KB doc while googling looking for solutions... but it won't work for me. ![]()
First, please fill out you computer support profile so we know what you are using:

Do you have any other USB devices connecerted to the computer? Please remove all other USB devices (except for a mouse and keyboard on a desktop computer) while troubleshooting this problem. Completely remove ANY USB hubs, even if not in use, and test the hardware on all of your computer's USB ports, preferably the back ports on a desktop system.
You may also want to try all of the tips in the following USB Troubleshooting document:

Hello!
I've filled my computer support profiles with plenty of details. Also USB-related information. You can check it whenever you want. There are 2 profiles: one about my laptop, other about my dektop computer. I'm having the same trouble in both computers. The only difference is in the desktop the BSOD appears more frequently.
I don't use any hubs or other USB devices, except a wireless keyboard & mouse and a bluetooth interface. I also tried that tips in the USB troubleshooting document, but my problem did'nt disappear...
Thanks for your information, Hugo!
(And excuse my poor english level!
)
Hi,
This can also be related to outdated Windows drivers or out dated video card drivers. Try running Windows Update:
http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/thanks.aspx?ln=en&&thankspage=5
And updating to latest drivers from your video card's manufacturer.
Thanks,
David

Hi.
Please, forgive me for the delay replying.
I've tried updating all the drivers including the videocard's, but i'm still getting the same BSOD. It seems none of this worked at all... ![]()
