GX authorized dates all wrong

I bought a GX in December 2009 and immediately registered it as I do all my gear. I currently have a POD 2.0, POD XT, Toneport, GX and an HD500 and they are all registered with you. I have never had a problem with reauthorization in the past but just went to fire up podfarm 2.5 (I was ABSOLUTELY authorized) and it is giving me errors and saying I am not authorized.(error code 80000303e) It also shows an auth date of sometime this year and I bought it, as I said in December of 09. podfarm 2.5 was working perfectly just a couple months ago. I haven't used it since as I use my HD500 in most situations.
Please get this fixed. Thanks
Mark
What are you seeing when you run License Manager?
Hey Chase,
It is saying
and it is giving me errors and saying I am not authorized.(error code 80000303e)
That is what happens when I use the License manager. My bad for not being more clear on that.
Triryche,
Yes and no. The license date on the GX and podfarm is correct. The license on my 2.0 and my XT are not. They were registered a long time ago but somehow my reg information was not retained or something because L6 had no record in Jan 2010 so I just went ahead and re-registered both units shortly after I began acquiring new gear in 09-2010.
I am not concerned about either of those units obviously; they are not internet controlled like podfarm is.
Fact remains that I should be authorised for the upgrades that I was given that have now been removed from my account.
Mark
HELLO?
When you look at your account do you find a license for POD Farm 2? Didi you perhaps purchase it under a different account name? Software is attached to the account now, not the hardware.
I'm not sure if this applies, but this document may help
http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2277
Check out the "I can’t use my licenses anymore. What happened?" section
No. I bought them (all my gear, except the XT I bought that used and I never asked for any upgrades or model packs or anything for this device) The GX and the podfarm software I bought brand new at guitar center.
I still have the reciept.
Mark
Ahh . . .So if you bought the POD Farm software at GC, then it is the iLok version, which only works with the recording plug-ins, and only when the iLok is attached to your PC.
Nope. Not sure where you got that information Chase but this is NOT an ilok version. I bought the GX hardware and it came with podfarm version 1. But I bought it just as the 2.0 version was coming out and was entitled to a free upgrade.
I guess I was not very clear about this and I should have been; Everything worked fine. No problems at all. I was using it regularly (as recent as version 2.5) with my added amps and other upgrades with no issues.
I just moved and after being here (the new place) I went to use my podfarm software on an old song that was using podfarm on and that is when I noticed all my registration dates were wrong and I got the error codes as described earlier in this thread
It shows them (reg dates) correctly in my account area but not within the licensing software.
Sorry. My misunderstanding. Did you buy TonePort (Red Face) or POD Studio (Black Face)? POD Studio comes with POD Farm, TonePort does not, thus my confusion.
Have you tried uninstalling all of the software and then reinstalling it? Perhaps unauthorizing your GX and authorizing it again may help as well.
Yea its the studio. I guess I can try this. It wouldn't hurt.
I have to say I am floored that line6 has not responded to this thread. It is very obvious by my profile equipment list when the registration date is and how it is not in line with what the license manager says.....just shameful how many posts go unanswered.

Usually we respond within 3 business days, but sometimes a bit longer if we are swamped. Ultimately we get to all of them, Mark. Sorry it's taken so long.
In looking at your account, your GX has a PF 1 and PF 2 license attached to it, and they can't be shared like the model pack licenses you bought can, meaning the GX must be connected for the PF 2.5 software to authenticate. To ensure the GX can communicate with the software, please make sure you've tried all USB ports (no hubs), and that you've removed any unneccesary USB devices, at least while testing.
One thing I did not catch was if another Line 6 device was connected while the GX was, possibly interfering with the authentication process. If so, please remove it and let us know if anything changes.
Tony...wow I can't believe that I hadn't checked that already. Here I am whining like a baby and all the while I was too much of a wuss to use my head and try the blatantly obvious.
Much thanks and sorry for the lack of patience.
The GX needed to be connected.....duh! lol
Thanks

Everything on your account looks "right": The devices are authorized, the GX includes the POD Farm 1&2 licenses, and there are model packs you bought that you should be able to access with the authorized devices. What I didn't catch was if you had another Line 6 device connected while the GX was, possibly interfering with the PDO Farm authorization when opening the program. If so, please remove it while testing. Also, while testing, deauthorize the computer you're using so we can isolate the GX as the authenticated device.
Also, make sure to remove all non-essential USB devices while testing, including hubs, and try all USB ports.
Let us know if anything changes.

Also, just out of curiosity, are the registered dates correct here?:
