Rifftracker, wont install?!?

Hi guys, just purchased a Rifftracker bundle with a guitarport CD version 2.5 disc. After many failed attempts to install ( it gets to agree terms and goes off) I scanned some forums, only to find out that it wont run with windows 7!  I have now installed Gearbox (?) as i found a tread which took me there, but I want to install the correct version off riffworks or rifftracker or whaterver I purchased!! Really confused with everything on offer, and dont want to be paying extra for something I have already bought, need some help guys!! I dont really understand the difference bewteen riffworks, rifftracker, gearbox, version2.5,2.6 etc etc etc!! just wanna be able to plug in and play and record!!!!

    You haven't registered the unit yet so I can't tell which device you have, but if it came in a green box, it is a GuitarPort Rifftracker and it has a Riffworks license locked in it. I'm going to set up a support ticket for you to help with registration and to move forward with recording. Please respond to the ticket.
