New Spyder IV 75 amp Owner and disappointed!

I just bought this amp to possibly replace the Fender Mustang 3 amp I currently use. What a disappointment this is. Yea it sounds good but what a total and confusing mess trying to find my way around all the presets. There doesn't seem to be any pattern or method on how they are arranged. And the dials for getting to the presets. How many knobs, didals, toggles do you need? Turn this one,. toggle up and down and left and right, then pick this or that...way too confusing.
Oh and Line 6, did you ever think of including a written sheet telling us what and where all the presets are located? That would be so helpful instead of having to sit down and run thru every single one one at a time to see what's there. ANd good luck trying to find it again! I spend two hours running thru most of them, well I think it was most of them as I have no way to tell when I've heard them all.
I've had the amp for 4 days now and am about ready to sell it, iyt's just too cpmplicated to use. I play classic rock and need to be able to switch over from a clean channel to a little distortion for lead breaks but can't seem to find a way to set that up. And of coure there's no foot pedal included either.
Total failure on your part, Line 6. My opinion. I'm headed back to Fender amps!

Oh and jdean, did you every think to look on this website in the Spider downloads section where there are multiple PDFs showing each and every preset, button, map and settting - or look at the manuals - or the video turtorials?
Failure seems to be on your part. I bought the amp after not playing for almost 20 years, and while it took a little bit of effort I managed to figure it out using just the resources I listed above.
Take a look at some of the stuff I referenced - and don't give up yet. Best of luck.
Yes I did! Spent couple of hours going thru PDf's and videos which only show people playing guitar and not spending too much time discussing how yto use the amp settings.
So you don't think a simple prinbted list of all the effects presets would be useful to anyone? Humm, interesting
I've looked on the web site maybe I mised it. Be helpful and provide a link where they list every single preset. I sure can't find it.
rpitera, could you please give me one link for any PDFs showing each and every preset, button, map and settting? I didn t find any. About videos, sorry i don t have found any. Now, I m not disapointed with my Spider. I preset it my way to play, and sometimes, I play with the presets of Line6 to have fun, but it s true that you need a good memory to remember where are tose presets after you play them. A sheet would have been a good thing, and not only with the list of all effects. Also to explain about functions of the ampli. I won t get rid of my Spider, but, it could be more explained...
Sorry, couldn't reply until today - for some reason I could not log in to the forums.
I went here for all the PDFs http://line6.com/support/manuals/ you will have to choose the model of Spider iV that you have to get the display. There are a NUMBER of downloads here, including the Advanced giude which goes into each knob and effect in detail as well as offering a description of each amp model.
http://line6.com/spideronline/ is another great resource to check out and includes tutorials and tones.
I didn't see the listing that I downloaded previously, but I believe I have that stored on my studio PC, so if I can find it I will see if there is a way I can make them available to you, say as a Dropbox link or something. I commute out of state for work three days a week, so give me a day or two.
