mi3 drivers

do i need to douwnload a driver for m13 to windows 32 bit xp

no... the m13 doesn't interface directly with a computer...
if you do interface with a computer its through a midi interface, that will require drivers.

There are no drivers of any kind needed for the M13. The only way to connect it your computer is through a MIDI interface. The interface you use will have its own drivers.
