Spider IV HD150 Infusion 2.0 not working?

I just tried to update to firmware 2.0, but the download bar is about a 1/6th-1/8th filled, but hasnt moved for over a half hour now. is this normal? is there anything i can do to make it work? or is everything fine, and its just taking awhile?
