Line 6 Monkey HD Pro Firmware update error '80007211'

Line 6 Monkey Error 80007211: "Firmware update timeout waiting for response from the device"

So this will be my 2nd time posting on this problem, HOPEFULLY someone can help me out this time haha. As stated, I have the POD HD Pro, and I am running Line 6 Monkey 1.43 for my flash memory update. I've been trying to update the flash memory from 1.30 to 1.40. I've tried from the site direct and from the file neither work. I even tried updating it with the (L6 Monkey) 1.50 version and recieved the same exact error. And if this helps any Line 6 Monkey (both 1.43 and 1.50) does detect my HD Pro as connected. Also, other software such as Guitar Pro, Pro Tools, etc etc detect my HD Pro as the audio device but no sound comes through. Anyone know what's going on with this? Greatly appreciate any help!

+1 to jimreynolds, perform the global settings reset and expression pedal calibration after successfully updating the flash memory.
