tone port gx problem

Hi, I have a problem with tone port gx. I connect to a notebook HP Pavilion DV6 and works well initially but suddenly freezes and does not sound as forcing me to restart the PC. I should note that I also use other USB audio interfaces and is fully operational.
I ran all the updates of the tone of the port and USB ports but I can not solve.
How can I fix this?
Thanks for your attention
Just for clarification, if you run the Line6 monkey, you have green ticks for everything?
Also, are you saying Windows freezes?
Can you try your gx on another computer?
hello
please try installing the latest drivers for your PC before plugging the USB cable: http://line6.com/software/
in case your PC uses a AMD processor, please check also this troubleshooting: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2215
