Moving up in the (fret) world...

Hoping someone here can answer this one, as I've been trying for an hour and it's got me stumped.

 

I want to save a modified Jumbo-12 Acoustic with the capo moved up two frets from Variax Workbench to the 3rd position in Custom 1 on my V'ax 500.

 

How is that done? Or CAN it be done?
