I can't see why this would cause any problems for the amp, but I'm not sure you'll like the sound of the keyboard coming through the amp.
You can. Just be careful with the keyboard's volume setting; most keyboards are "line-level" output devices; whereas the LowDown Studio 110's instrument input jack is meant to receive an "instrument" (less signal strength than line-level) signal from a pickup system.
So, be careful of the output volume on your keyboard... you don't want to start off with it turned all the way up, basically.
