try the different settings (direct or amp) i prefer direct. actually, i dont think that would be a good idea to connect a pod or a product of line 6 to a line6 amp. Cause the line6 amps already do the job of the other gear. but if you have a line6 amp the best way is 12 o clock all the knobs.
