can't install POD X3 driver on Mac Lion 10.7.2

I am having a nightmare of a time trying to install the latest mac driver for my pod x3. Linemonkey can connect to the pod x3 (barely it seems) but each time I go through the installion of driver process and then restart linemonkey nothing has changed. Linemonkey is also showing 'unknown' for the USB firmware and flash memory updates.

I have tried different USB ports. I'm on a macbook pro running 10.7.2. I've tried deleting and reinstalling Linemonkey and Gearbox and everything else.

I have deleted all Line6 components I could find and then tried to install the driver but Linemonkey never shows that I have installed the driver.....even though the installation process is always 'successful'

Please help! The pod x3 is a useless brick without being able to connect to my laptop and gearbox etc/

thanks.

    Hi,

From the picture, it looks as if you either have the POD disconnected or the drivers are uninstalled. Try downloading and installing the drivers from the Line 6 website:

    http://line6.com/software/

Have you tried connecting to different USB Ports?

Are you using a USB hub?

Then try the optimizations in our USB Troubleshooting Guide:

    Thanks,

    David
