My son has a POD HD400. Apparantly there was a flash memory failure of some sort for some reason. I've tried to update the flash memory through Monkey, but there is a dash ( - ) showing in the "INSTALLED" column with a question mark ( ? ) beside the word "Flash Memory". We need help with this. We have spent hours digging through FAQ and forums trying to figure this stupid issue out. The POD is less than a year old and should not be having issues such as this!!!!
