Line 6 Monkey won't recognize me

I open Line 6 Monkey and when i try to sign in it wont let me and i plug in my UX1 but it doesnt recognize and just Pod xt, which i dont have. My UX1 worked fine on my old laptop but now that i got a MacBook Pro everything went downhill. All i want to do is make music but i cant record demos because this wont work. Please help me soon.

You're not on a Mac are you? i've just had a similar experience. I'm now told that I can;t open Pod farm because I'm not on an Intel mac...... this sucks Line 6. not everyone can afford to keep updating their studios/computers.

  I am on a Mac, my old laptop broke so i upgraded to a MacBook Pro but nothing Line6 related will work on it. It says my Pod Farm Disk needs to be repaired but wont let me repair it... Is there anyway you guys can send me another one? I have a warranty and all that.
