Blue screen error while recording with POD HD Desktop

I've had my POD HD since Christmas, but I haven't been having any trouble until just recently, maybe starting a few weeks ago. At some point while recording (the exact amount of time varies but it happens every time) my computer will BSOD and restart. I've gotten different messages from it, but most of the time it says something about a bad pool header.

I've looked up similar situations here and most point to a driver conflict, but I'm not entirely sure what to do to troubleshoot the problem or go about fixing it - none of the topics I looked at seemed to have a definitive answer, so I'm guessing I'm gonna have to do some work to determine exactly what the conflict is... I'm just not sure where to start.

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a Sony VAIO laptop. If you need any more information, let me know, I'll do my best to supply it.
