I've maybe downloaded a few more programs, but nothing that I'd imagine is running all the time while I have my Pod plugged in. Windows is up to date.
Also, I just started having problems with it crashing my computer while I'm not recording - I tried reinstalling the drivers and it crashed when I plugged the Pod back in, and it also crashed while I was just listening to something playback through it. Is it possible it's a problem with the Pod itself or maybe my USB connection? I can't imagine why the drivers would be crashing my computer now when it didn't happen before, especially since I've changed very little on it.
I also tried using WhoCrashed, but it only tells me that random Windows system files crashed my computer, not any specific drivers, so I'm not sure how helpful that is...
I appreciate the comment, I hope I'm being descriptive enough of the problem.
