I'm very dissapointed to find that my JM4 looper has broken and at such a crucial time
no sound is coming out and no sound is going in
i have factory resetted
and reinstalled the latest firmware and nothing seems to help the problem
is there anything else i can do?
Have turned on the volume knob on the backside ?
if you have reinstalled its Firmware (http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-1338 ) and it didn't help, please contact your Line6 dealer if your JM4 is still under warranty
