Trouble with deauthorization

Hello,
I'm having trouble to deauthorize my add-ons on my POD XT Live. The reason I want to deauthorize is the fact after I authorized all my add ons it wasn't usable on my POD.
The add-ons I used on my Toneport UX2 and now want to use them on my POD XT Live (which I bought today)
When I want to complete the deauthorization process I got an error saying Failed write to firmware. I did a reinstall from the flash memory but still the same problem.
Who can help?
Thanks in advance
André
hello
I've cleared the authorisation cue, you may try again
I've risen also your active device limit to 6, to give you more headroom ![]()

Hello Antonio,
Thank you very much.
I authorized my POD XT Live and installed the model packs. But when I, for example, in Line6edit want to choose an amp from one of the modelpacks they are greyed out. All amps from the modelpacks are greyed out.
What can be the problem?
The modelpacks works on my Toneport UX2.
Please help.
André
Hello Antonio,
When I load a patch in Gearbox with an amp from the bass expansion modelpack for example the POD displays This tone contains an amp or effect from an expansion pack you don't own.
hello André
does it make any difference if your UX2 is unauthorised in your account? please test to know
can you please upload a screenshot of License Manager showing the Addons in your XTL?
thank you
Hello Antonio,
I deauthorized the UX2 and now the amps are visible and usable on the POD XT.
When I authorize the Toneport UX2, my POD XT remains working well. My Toneport UX2 doesn't give a sound at all when the POD XT is switched on (Connected to the pc via usb). When I switch off the POD, I get sound from the Toneport but it doesn't load amps from the model packs.
Greetings
André
hello
this is normal: Windows won't allow sharing the driver on 2 Line6 devices simultaneously: avoid using them together plugged to your PC

Hello Antonio,
OK that's clear. But it looks like I can't use the expansion packs on both devices. The last expansion pack I purchased was May 2007. The others before that. Can it be, in that days, the packs were only linked to one device?
Thanx,
André
hello Andre
no, it doesn't matter when you bought them, they should be active on all compatible devices
" it looks like I can't use the expansion packs on both devices" : what makes you think this?
can you please upload screenshots showing also your UX2 in License Manager?
thank you
