Trouble with deauthorization

Hello,

I'm having trouble to deauthorize my add-ons on my POD XT Live. The reason I want to deauthorize is the fact after I authorized all my add ons it wasn't usable on my POD.

The add-ons I used on my Toneport UX2 and now want to use them on my POD XT Live (which I bought today)

When I want to complete the deauthorization process I got an error saying Failed write to firmware. I did a reinstall from the flash memory but still the same problem.

Who can help?

Thanks in advance

André

    hello

I've cleared the authorisation cue, you may try again

I've risen also your active device limit to 6, to give you more headroom

    hello André

does it make any difference if your UX2 is unauthorised in your account? please test to know

can you please upload a screenshot of License Manager showing the Addons in your XTL?

    thank you

    hello

this is normal: Windows won't allow sharing the driver on 2 Line6 devices simultaneously: avoid using them together plugged to your PC

    Re: Trouble with deauthorization

    hello Andre

no, it doesn't matter when you bought them, they should be active on all compatible devices

" it looks like I can't use the expansion packs on both devices" : what makes you think this?

can you please upload screenshots showing also your UX2 in License Manager?

    thank you
