Uninstall all your Line6 software using the uninstaller tools locate in

Start>Programs>Line6>Tools.

Download the most recent drover for your device

Log into your account and you should be able to see exactly which device you have: (assuming you registered it way back when).

After installing the drivers (donot plug in your device until prompted) run the Line6 Monkey to receive all your current updates.

You can upgrade to POD Farm 1.12 for free, this replaces Gearbox, with the exception of the GuitarPort online subscription which still uses Gearbox for the lessons.
