Not authorized to use Pod Farm 2.5? :(

I downloaded Pod Farm 2.5 from Monkey, assuming I would be able to use it since I bought it after Oct. 2009 (See attached photos), but unfortunately it's not even listed on the license manager under the Pod GX or My Computer, and only runs in trial mode.
Any idea why I'm not authorized to download/use this software for free? I've tried reinstalling it several times.
Note: One of the SS's says the PF2 download is in progress, it was taken after one of many reinstall attempts, even after it's done it still doesn't appear authorized.
Thanks,
Zach
you have to have registered in time to get the free offer... purchase date does not matter.
your account that was created on january 2012...
i suspect you have an older line6 account that the GX is registered to...
you will need to log into that to authorize the pod farm 2+ license.
if you failed to register it... got it second hand... have no other line6 account... etc
then you'll need to use pod farm version 1, which should work fine.
If you purchased a Line 6 device with the POD Farm 1 plug in bundled with it (POD Studio, POD X3, UX8, DI) and enabled your POD Farm plug in with the Line 6 Monkey software BEFORE October 1st, 2009, you qualify for a discounted purchase price for POD Farm version 2 Line 6 license for 30 DAYS AFTER POD Farm 2 initial release.
After reviewing your product registration on your account, it appears as though your POD Studio GX was previously owned and registered by another user on 2009-05-30. Therefore, the previous owner qualified for a discounted upgrade to POD Farm 2 for the first 30 days after POD Farm 2 was released.
