How do I re-boot BackTrack?

My BackTrack w/mic has crashed a few times, freezing up with the white light showing. I have tried switching switches into every position and even plugging in the data/charger cable (which has worked on my smart phone) to see if the voltage into the BackTrack would re-set it. The only fix I have found is to let the battery drain completely, re-charge it and re-boot. Has anyone else had this problem and has anyone figured out another fix? I love this little unit and have made some great recordings with it.

Maybe your Backtrack drive is too full? I know it shouldn't matter, but try deleting some files. Remember that you have to move deleted files to the Trash (using your computer) before they are actually wiped from the USB drive (the Backtrack device).

If that doesn't help you could try a forced reset by sticking a paper clip in the little hole beside the headophones jack. Before doing this I suggest you transfer all files you want to save to your computer.

When you "delete" files out of the MARKED folder by sending them to the Trash or Recycle Bin of your computer, please be sure to Empty the Trash/Recycle Bin while the Backtrack is still connected via USB to your computer to fully clear the memory space of your Backtrack.
