    Re: USB record problem

What you are experiencing is called latency. Make sure in your recording program that you have monitoring turned OFF - you need to monitor your sound by using the HD itself. So make sure that you have your speakers connected directly to the HD.

    Cheers

      +1 to johnpicton.

Have you chosen the ASIO driver as an audio device? If yes you can now try to decrease the asio buffer as low as possible, since you have no clicking or pause. Start from 512k and come down as much as possible (....,256k, 128k,....). Beside your pod and driver it depends from your pc speed and how much the cpu is occupied.

    +1 to All,

Select the HD500 as an interface then decrease buffer size.

    Thanks,

    David

    Re: USB record problem

Tell the computer/recording software that the HD is your sound card, and use the pod as your input AND output (I use headphones)

    No latency at all!
