If you purchased this 2nd hand and you can contanct the orginal owner, (s)he can gift the license to you.

indeed, the mentioned MetalShop Pack (Powerpack is simply the XT's firmware) License is still in the former purchaser's account (user 'synsin'): you need him performing a 'gift' of the purchase to transfer them into your account, see 'License Transfers' in http://line6.com/account/licenses/instructions/

i purchased the metal shop addon for my podfarm when i got my toneport ux2, everything worked and its showed i bought it in my licence manager, then my old laptop crashed, i got a new computer and reinstalled all my line 6 stuff and registered my product again with the new computer and the metal shop add-on doesnt show up in the licence manager, so i go to the site to redownload it from my purchses on line6.com and it say i havent bought anything, witch is pretty lame becuase i payed 50 dollar for metal shop and now i cant even get it back for my podxt thats coming in the mail. it just sucks cuz i know i bought it with my credit card but the line 6 site says otherwise so i do not know what to do and i dont wanna spend 50 buck on something i already bought
