Hello, I just bought a spider jam the other day and am trying to figure out how to send noise from my amp into an interface (which is connected to my pc via USB port) in order to write music in Ableton Live.

I have connected an RCA to 1/4" cable from the back of the amplifier into the input of my interface.

I AM NOT getting ANY sound, just a fuzzy static noise as if the signal isn't being picked up...

I've tested the cable and the amp and they are both working properly, as well as my interface...

What could be causing the sound to not be heard by the interface? And what could be done to fix it?
