Help! Computer can't read my HD500

My computer cant seem to read my HD500, i have installed line6 monkey. Windows said there is no driver in my HD500

once you have installed monkey you can use it to download

- The driver for your Pod
- The lastest firmware for your Pod
- HD Edit for editing your presets
