Hi,
The problem is I am not getting any sound from the Pod Farm and the input is not working as well. I have looked for a solution on the forums but cant find any clues that can solve this problem. I have reinstalled the program, reupdated all drivers and applications in line 6 monkey and I have also repluged the device many times when I was on the file/preferences ------>Hardware and after that reselected ("UX1 (ToneDirect)") on the device selection and it still dosent work. So i really dont know what to do at this point. I have also rechecked the License Manager and both my computer and UX1 are authorized as it should. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
Device: UX1
Operativesystem: Windows 7 64-bit
Cheers,

Hi Mahol90,
I don't have a ux1 but do you mean that the input meter on the top left in pod farm is not showing anything when you plug a guitar or mic in? When I have lost sound, it seems to be that something has messed things up but it comes back if I pull out the usb and re-connect or possibly restart pc too. You have done this though
Did your ux1 work anytime before?
I don't know all the tests you have tried but have you disconnected other usb cables/devices and tried it in different sockets? You probably have, so forgive me. The other day my ux2 went off when I connected an external hard drive to a usb socket one the pc. I tried this again later and it had no effect
so maybe sometimes things conflict and other times they don't.
Have you just updated to 2.51? Sorry. I didn't realise until just then that you were using 2.51. I have kept mine at 2.50 just now as I am in the middle of recording something so I will wait until I have finished. I have seen the problems people have unfortunately had with the newer version. I have noticed someone else on here having trouble with their ux1 on Windows 7 64 bit. I don't know if there is a problem with it with win 7 64 or not, but I think it must be able to because the document for win 7 just talks about devices as if it is meaning ux1 ux2 and so on.
Again, I am sure this is probably a document you have been referring to but I'll link it just in case:
http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-1885
Hopefully someone will know more than me about this problem.
David
Yes the meter does not show anything and sometimes it do but I dont hear the sound come out so i dont really know how to fix this problem. But I have used UX1 before on another computer and it was really no problem and it was a windows 7 64-bit also. But anyway thanks ![]()

Is this an older red-faced Tonepoort or a new balck-faced POD Studio?
When you run the newest version of Monkey to you have green ticks for drivers/firmware?
Are you speakers/headphones connected directly to the UX2?
Here is a helpful video just make sure you are hooked up correctly.
