How to back the Sons of the Fabrica Pod Xt Live? / Como voltar os Sons da Fabrica da Pod Xt Live?

Good morning, I have the Pod xt Live, and already changed several sounds that already came, and erased several sounds too, and I wonder if anyone knows what the procedure to Reset (back sounds of the factory) POD? thank you.

 

Bom dia, eu tenho a Pod xt Live, e ja alterei varios sons que ja veio, e apaguei varios sons tbm, e gostaria de saber se alguem sabe qual o procedimento para Resetar (voltar os sons da fabrica) ? muito obrigado .
