M9 udate help

I am currently running a HP Pavilion dv 6000 windows vista 32 bit operating system, When I try to install upgrade using Monkey and Lisence this code appearse 8000000A.

try interchanging the MIDI cable connection. I tried it last night during the 2.04 update. same error came up and interchanging the midi cable connections solved the problem.

  Yes, with you using the MidiSport Uno, first ensure you have the latest drivers for it installed. You may want to use the free program MIDIOX to test your connection. Then review our Knowledge Base article on updating the M9 http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-1632.
