Firmware 2.02 file error! Can´t update Pod HD 500

Hello,

i cant update my POD 500 to Firmware 2,02. In Monkey i got an error 8001019 Unrecognized file type!!!

And here in the Software-Center i can´t download it!!!

Hi,

I got the same problem, also tried it on a different computer (PC), always the same!

@Line6: Maybe something happened on the Server?

  Same. I also tried rolling the PODHD back to 1.40 and flashing to 2.02 which didnt work, and now im stuck in 1.40. Im super frustrated, have had this thing for two weeks and have had nothing but problems.

    You can try downloading the HD500 flash memory file from the Download page (I just downloaded it 5 minutes ago with no probelms so it is available from Line6 website). Then, use the latest Line6 Monkey to upgrade from a file. This is how I usually upgrade to avoid any potential internet connection issue. Hope this helps!

      Dude would you be able to post the file? Im not able to download it. Everytime i try to it simply opens a page in my browser with gibberish.

        Nevermind I figured it out. If you right click > Save Link As it'll download.

        That's cool! Also, I highly recommend to check the MD5 of the downloaded firmware and make sure that it matches with what Line6 posted in the firmware download page. This will make sure that the downloaded file was not corrupted during the download. To check for MD5, you can download the 'MD5 Checkup Utility' from the Download page.

Hola Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema que pasa por que line 6 no nos da una solusion?
